Wonderful

The staff are amazing. The service is fantastic. The views are amazing. The food presented in different varieties. The receptionist was helpful and did the check-in and check out quickly. Very professional and service oriented staff. The animation team by the pool is really nice and welcoming. Definitely good value for money.

For swimmers or people targeting snorkling: Hurghada offers more beautiful beaches with corals ???? . In this resort, the beach is just ok.

Food was freshly cooked. Room was cleaned excellent . Fadi from reception was really helpful, the lady from guest relation helped us print the boarding pass. Anastasia from animation team was really helpful as well. Thank you ,we enjoyed our holiday.

The sand at the beach was hard. I think if you will add white sand will look amazing.

Very Good

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we get the chance! Pros: - The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the pool. - The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Meirit at the front desk, and Ayman and Shaban from the restaurant — they were all super kind and helpful. - The food was delicious. - Having lunch at the beachfront restaurant was such a cool experience! *Not-so-pros:* - There's no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. - The buffet could be a bit more diverse. A lovely experience.

Enjoyed stay and comfort of the place would definitely get back again

The Hotel is very clean and staff were so helpful , the quality of food is very good , The animation team need to be more energetic and engaging with Hosts also there are alot of facilities in the hotel not advertised properly like Disco and Entertainment areas , what’s i really dislike the SPA management not professional at all and has no standards.

Good stay in Pharaohs style resort

The restaurant was great, three meals are wonderful full of choices and with high quality, also as the resort is old the maintenance team did a great job to keep the facilities run smoothly. *I have a suggestion: as the future will be for electric cars, it will be great to add charging station in the parking for electric cars

1- There is no internet in rooms, you need to buy premium package, in other hotels i have visited there is at least internet for whatspp or messenger. 2- Tarmac road for cars till loading/unloading area for passengers need maintenance. 3- The internal roads inside the resort need to be replaced in many sections (the interlock tiles), many of them are eroded or broken which cause a trip hazardous.

The beach bungalows are amazing and the ground are beautiful. The pool was heated which was great on the cold days and there are wind breaks on the beach. Food was amazing and the staff lovely.. one of the best holidays myself and family have had. Will deffo be back.

Don’t doubt- book it!

It very good place to stay with kids! You won’t regret it! After chaos in the airport we finally met good customer relationship in Azur. Check-in, welcome drink and staff attitude was really friendly and nice. The restaurant work was very good: dishes were tasty and with good variety. Bartenders make good cocktails and work very quickly. Rooms were fresh and clean. Azur surprised with good animation and heated pool (inside too) Staff really perform to make your stay feel good. Don’t pay attention to bad feedback- we stayed in Egypt 5 times and Azur is really really good. My kid was crying when we were leaving.

Some things you aren’t able to change: winter in Hurghada means stroong wing We didn’t like a la cart Asian resto. It was waste of time.

It was perfect as usual..! Many thanks to the hotel management and staff!

As usual, Pharaoh Azur met our expectations- we have spent many memorable days of our life here before. Exceptional service starting from the cocktail check in, followed by the spotless accommodation in a spacious clean and comfy room and the friendly approach of the staff, the house offers also a perfect beach with a coral reef for snorkeling and with a diving center. It is steps away from the bungalow, alternatively you can use the shuttle any time and arrive in 2-3 minutes. Beach bar and towel service work perfect. The beach restaurant with the BBQ Pizza corner wit Chef Mustafa El Kafas would keep your spirit and sensations high. Food is perfect, a lot of vegetarian choice, however, for meat eaters there is a large BBQ grilling in the garden area. Italian a la carte restaurant is highly recommended as you would feel spoiled in a themed place with a terrace overlooking the hotel garden. Complemental, booked in advance. We usually do not spend time around the pool, however, there is a plenty of animation activities on offer there and it looks to be favourable to most of the tourists. The view of the sea is stunning and every sunrise is spectacular and we are so thankful to the hotel that we were to spot the sun rise from our beds. International animation team offers kids club, great for families, having a smile for every guest. Least but not last, it is worth visiting the Marina in Hurghada and Pharaoh is 15 min away from the town and a taxi service, value for money approx..5 EUR ( Uber or Guest relation Kristina would be happy to help with the web page to order online) is easy available. I am already looking forward to arrange my next trip end of March. Hopefully, Marina will be renovated by then as I miss a stroll.

Outstanding Marina renovation by the governate and proceeding asap as it is of interest of all hotel guests. In the meanwhile, hopefully, it might have been already renovated as I am not aware, we have visited the hotel in January.

Hotel was a little bit old but clean. I like environment and sea. Pool was so good. Thank you for everything. Also reception helped us late check-out.

We want double bed. But there was no double bed in our room.

Great Experience

The location was okay, but you need an Uber or something to go to the city or market area. Meals were nice actually. You can find something to eat almost every time period. We arrived at midnight and they helped us with a very late dinner. Finally, it probably can match your expectations.

Extra bed was not a great idea. It was not that much comfortable at the end was okay.

dinner & lunch are very good , and variable , lunch location is very good and simple by sea view , very nice sunrise view , stuff is very good

children pool is not heated , there is no different type of fish at snorkeling site ,Italian and Asian restaurant is with reservation , which not suitable for short time stay

It was an amazing stay with a comfortable room and delicious food.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in form of the Buffet was delicious with a wide range of different Food an Diets. Always very fresh and hot. The Beach was beautiful with amazingly clear Water, granting the option to view some fish swimming around.

There are 3 à la carte Restaurants on the premises, the Italian and Asian were not the best food (at least for a european standard), I prefered the buffet way more. There is a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, though the alcohol is not really the best on the market.
